Returns, exchanges, and order cancellations
Our products are expressly made to order. That means that once your order has gone through our system and payments have been taken, your purchase is final and we won’t be able to make any adjustments from this point. This also means change of mind refunds or exchanges are not possible. Preorder drops help us to reduce waste. Please make sure to read through our sizing guide and choose wisely.
All purchases on sale items are final. We do not accept returns or provide exchanges of any kind. This includes any in-person sales at events. If purchased from an event, we cannot offer a refund. We can, however, issue an exchange for something of equal value (if stock is available) during the event.
Faulty items and refunds
Please inspect your order immediately and contact us within seven days of delivery if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue. Please include your purchase order number and photo evidence of the defect and email info@hausoffables.com.
We will respond within seven business days with details for the return.
Shipping fees are non-refundable and return postage costs are the responsibility of the purchaser. A refund will be issued for the cost of the item once we have received the item to assess the damage. We can not offer exchanges due to our made-to-order merch drops.
