Shipping policy

SHIPPING 

We are unable to make any changes once you have placed your order. This includes changes to: sizing, products and postal address.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING 

We use Australia Post. Tracking is sent automatically via Australia Post when your item is shipped. 

Standard shipping time (5-8 business days) 

Please note any courier delays are out of our control, we seek your patience if this occurs

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING 

We use Australia Post. Tracking is sent automatically via Australia Post when your item is shipped. 

Please allow up to 14 business days (Standard) to receive your order. Due to different customs regulations, there can be varied delays that are out of our control. If you are concerned about the progress of your international order, please contact AusPost and quote your tracking number for further assistance. 

Depending on your location, duties and taxes may be charged upon arrival. These are the responsibility of the purchaser.

PREORDERS

Please note that when an order is placed with any items that are preorders, the whole order will be held until production is fulfilled so your order can be shipped together.
