PREORDERS
Please note that when an order is placed with any items that are included in a preorder, the whole order will be held until production is fulfilled and/or the preorder sale window is closed. Please read the product description for information on when your order can be expected to ship.
Returns
Returns
For excess stock from PR campaigns, i.e., PR boxes or special edition books, we will only ever have a very limited quantity available for sale, and they will not be replaceable. Please choose wisely and read the information on the product carefully before placing your order. We will always ship PR boxes and books with protective packaging, but we cannot guarantee they will not be damaged in shipping. If this occurs, we cannot offer a refund.
Faulty items and refunds
Please inspect your merch order immediately and contact us within seven days of delivery if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue. Please include your purchase order number and photo evidence of the defect and email info@hausoffables.com.
We will respond within seven business days with details for the return.
Shipping fees are non-refundable, and return postage costs are the responsibility of the purchaser. A refund will be issued for the cost of the item once we have received the item to assess the damage. We can not offer exchanges due to our made-to-order merch drops.

We offer international shipping to Australia, New Zealand, United States, Canada, Germany, and the United Kingdom only.
Why is stock limited?
Some listings will be for strictly limited overstock from past PR campaigns, or special editions from authors. When the sell out, they are gone!
This will also mean if anything untoward happens on route in the postal system, it is unlikely we will be able to replace your limited stock item.
What is a made-to-order drop?
Haus of Fables will launch bookish merch collections with a preorder window and these will be made-to-order. Each collection will be clear in the listing when the shipping date will take place (it will be a minimum of four weeks).
